02 · The art of staying
You are living with original art.
LUMI•STAY grew from a life devoted to contemporary art. Selected interiors contain original works and objects chosen with a curator's eye. They are part of the experience — and deserve the same care as the home itself.
- 01Please do not touch, move or lean anything against artworks.
- 02Keep food, drinks, luggage and children's toys at a safe distance.
- 03If you notice any change or damage, tell us immediately — honesty matters.
03 · A small code of care
Freedom feels best when it comes with respect.

Only registered guests may stay in the apartment.

No parties, events or commercial activity without written consent.

No smoking, candles or open flame inside.

Please keep noise low, especially in stairwells and at night.

Treat furniture, textiles, artworks and neighbours with consideration.

Report accidental damage immediately so we can help without delay.
04 · CHECK-OUT
Before you leave
A graceful ending makes the next welcome possible.
- Close windows and switch off lights and appliances.
- Leave keys exactly as described in your private departure message.
- Check drawers, sockets and the bathroom for personal belongings.
- Send us a short message when you have left safely.
